Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes (this includes shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.).
Tracking
When your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID will be emailed to you. You can also enter your Order Number and Email on our Tracking page to track your package at any time.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
JMD offers free ground shipping on US domestic orders $____ and over. For orders under $___, domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) is $15. Once your order is shipped, we estimate that it will arrive within 1 - 5 business days, although we are not responsible for any shipping delays.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are free for orders $____ and over. For order under $____, shipping is $26.

Deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means international orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country.

JMD will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs if you choose to use a parcel forwarding company. Please note that we will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk.
